The ASU maintains a variety of open access digital resources for the wider scientific community:

  • Fourier Transform Infrared Spectral Library – comprises a collection of spectra of foods and ingredients in .png format. Free to download and re-use.
  • Example datasets for download and free use. Includes a wide range of different data types and applications.
  • Metabolomics of Biofluids: Peak Databases – tables of metabolites peak assignments in NMR and MS data collected from urine and plasma, available for download as Excel spreadsheets
  • Lecture notes (Introduction to chemometrics; Molecular spectroscopy for food analysis)
